Is my QSIC subscription in contract?

No. All QSIC subscriptions are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Just send and email to hi@getqsic.com requesting a cancellation.

I lost the password to my account, how do I get another one?

On the login page there is a forgotten password link. Click this, pop in your email address and a code will be sent to you. Enter this code back on the reset page and you’ll be asked to create a new password.

Are all the tracks on QSIC licensed?

Don't get caught and fined using Spotify/Pandora in your business.
Relax in knowing that all your music is legal and artists are being paid accordingly.

Using Sonos and QSIC

- On the home screen of the Sonos device select "Add Music Services"
- Select QSIC from the list and follow the prompts
- Use the username and password you selected when you signed up.

QSIC for IOS

- Search for QSIC in the App Store and download the QSIC App
- Enter your username and password and off you go
- Use the username and password you selected when you signed up.
