Matt Elsley
As a market leader, Matt Elsley stands at the forefront of the retail media industry utilizing his expertise as a tech entrepreneur and thought leader.
As the CEO and Co-Founder of Qsic - Matt’s visionary leadership has shaped the retail landscape by driving in-store sales growth and unlocking new avenues for commercialization.
With a Bachelor of Business in International Business from Swinburne University of Technology, Matt’s early success in leading multiple companies has honed his ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, positioning Qsic as an industry trailblazer.
Nick Larkins
As the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Qsic, Nick leads the product vision and strategy to positively influence customer behavior and outcomes. With a Bachelor of Media Technologies (Audio Visual Communication Technologies) from RMIT and 15 years of experience in the technology and digital industry, Nick has a strong background in AV technologies, music streaming, and automation.
Passionate about creating products that help businesses evolve and enhance their customer experience, Nick takes pride in being part of a team that is driving the future of retail media with AI innovation.
How did it all begin?
The first line of code for what would become the Qsic platform was written in our first office in 2012. Our founders, Matt Elsley and Nick Larkins simply knew there had to be a better music streaming solution for businesses. So, we set out to build Australia’s pioneering and leading commercial music streaming platform.

Qsic is rapidly expanding, collaborating with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. As we continue to help retailers commercialize their networks, Retail Media is catapulting businesses into a new era of advertising. Here at Qsic, we are continuing to drive innovative solutions that transcend the advertising the world as we know it.
